Queen City Immigration Law Affiliates with Herman Legal Group and Establishes Offices in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio

Charlotte, NC (October 18, 2017) – Queen City Immigration Law is pleased to announce the affiliation with Herman Legal Group and welcomes the additions of two immigration attorneys, Richard Herman and Charmaine Rozario, to the firm as Of Counsel. This affiliation also facilitates QCI Law’s expansion to both Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio.

Richard Herman is a nationally recognized immigration lawyer and immigration activist. He is the founder of Herman Legal Group and is based in the firm's Cleveland, Ohio office. Richard has vast legal experience in the field of immigration law and has received several prestigious awards and recognitions by both peer and industry groups. Through promoting diversity and the advantages of capitalizing on a diverse workforce, Richard hopes to help immigrant populations become more visible and accepted.

Charmaine Rozario is an employment immigration lawyer in our Cleveland, Ohio office. She practiced law in the High Court of Bombay in India prior to immigrating to the United States. At Herman Legal Group, Charmaine has led the Employment Immigration Department since 2002 and represented some of the Midwest’s fastest growing and dynamic employers. She has served as the immigration counsel to one of the top 20 software companies in the U.S. Charmaine will be key to QCI Law’s employment Immigration expansion in the Southeast.
